Hey! Duolingo is a free site and application for phones that can help you learn the basics. It got me started so that I didn't have to take 101 courses and went straight to 102. After that watching english shows with spanish subtitles or any combination like that and looking up words you don't know helps a lot. It is really just something you need to dedicate a large amount of time too. No resources can shortcut that.
