"For not having given up" Am I correct ?
Is it grammatically correct:
"For not having given up, she was arreted ?"
Thanks in advance.

In this context, you need to write "give herself up". "Give up" can have a different meaning if there isn't a reflexive pronoun.
Even then, the grammar is very awkward. It's more natural to write something like, "Because she refused to give herself up, she was arrested."
