What is the difference between then and after?
When should I use then and when should I use after?
Could you show me any examples?

These words have many different uses so it's hard to give you all of them.
Then- usually a series of actions
"First he got up and then he had breakfast".
After- describes what happens first and what happens next
"After he had got up he had his breakfast".
