Which is the difference between trouble and problem?, because both mean PROBLEMA

Yep, they are basically the same with some minor situational differences that would only determine which of the two would most likely be used like saying, "I have a problem" instead of "I'm in trouble", which sounds like a more serious problem or even multiple problems. But in general they are interchangeable. Hope that helps!

Trouble- is a problem
so they are basically the same :)
