What's the difference between ' It is good for you' and 'It is good to you'
In addition, It was bad for me, It was bad to me.
Are they all correct? and Is there any difference regarding meaning?

"Good for you" means that it is beneficial to your health or over-all well-being.
"Good to you" implies that someone or something has treated you well.
