Is there a difference between "Jag litar på honom" and "Jag litar efter honom"? If so, what is the difference? If not, are they just different ways of saying the same thing?

*Jag litar på honom* är det korrekta. Du bör ej använda *jag litar efter honom* eftersom det inte är grammatiskt korrekt, även om du skulle bli förstådd.

"Jag litar på honom" is the correct one, it means "I trust him" / "I trust in him" . The word "på" means "on" while the word "efter" means "after" which becomes "I trust after him",
