Meaning: Someone has to drink a cup of coffee first. After that he/she will rise (from bed) and go to work. Without any coffee he/she is not able to do anything. Not awake. Some people need a cup every hour. They say this sentence all the day.
Jemand muss zuerst eine Tasse Kaffee trinken. Danach wird er/sie (aus dem Bett) aufstehen und mit dem Arbeiten anfangen (/beginnen). Ohne Kaffee kann er/sie nichts tun. Nicht wach (/aufgewacht). Manche Leute brauchen stündlich (/jede Stunde) eine Tasse. Sie sagen diesen Satz den ganzen Tag (über).
Man sagt auch: "Ohne Kaffee bin ich kein Mensch." oder "Ohne Kaffee bin ich nicht zu genießen."
= I'm noone without coffee. - Without coffee I'm unsufferable.
