10 pm because that gives my brain enough time to go over all the things I've studied during the day. That's when the real learning occurs.

What time do you go to bed every night? Why? I like to stay up late, so I usually go to bed after 1 a.m. during the summer. If I'm not up hanging out with friends, I'm usually watching a movie or T.V. show on Netflix. During the school year I try to go to bed by at least 11 p.m. so that I am not too tired the next day.

About 22:00 P.M. (10 P.M.) for school schedule, 0:00 for summer schedule or maybe even later (if I'm not tired after staying up to 0:00) Why? Because during school schedule, yes, I may have less time before going to sleep, BUT I have more time in the morning for like: taking a shower, brush my teeth, decide what I'll do and other plans (or to do homework that I haven't done yesterday and I forgot) and because in summer schedule... There's no need to stay up less, unless you have a date at an specific hour and you have to sleep earlier, because of job, etc.
