嗨！
「0摄氏度」用科学符号表现的话是写成「0℃」，所以就依照科学符号的顺序念出来就好了。
∘= degree(s)
C = Celsius (发音可以参考这个：http://www.iciba.com/Celsius/)
所以 0℃ 就讲成「zero degree Celsius」。
