Different reading of 祭 I've been trying to get my head around reading kanji, and came across this one. Correct me if I'm wrong: on its own 祭 is read as matsuri but 文化祭 is read as bunkasai I know that this is because kanji have different readings, I'm just confused about which one to use and when.
