What is the difference between:
I have go some information that would help you.
I have go some information that will help you.

"Would" is conditional, meaning the information helps him only IF some condition is met.
"I have got some information that would help you, IF you were willing to pay."
"I have got some information that would help you, IF you were willing to put yourself at risk."
The second sentence just straight means what it means.
