"你几岁了"多用于问年纪较轻的人
另两个相反，多用在年纪较大的人(for the old)
还可以用"你多大了？"or"你的年龄是？"

when you ask a child or an adult: 你几岁了？ or 你多大了？
when you ask an old man: 你多大年纪了？你今年多大（岁数）了？
when you ask an old man with a very polite way: 您贵庚？
