Hello,can anyone tell me "their salary" and "their salaries",which one is correct?If they're both right,can you tell their differences?Thanking you!

I wish you had used them in context! But for example,
Mary and Dan were arguing today about the fact that their salaries were not equal.
The medical team was irked that their salary was not higher in the third quarter of the year.
When you're refering to two separate people, use salaries. When you are referring to a group, use the term salary.
