Actually, buddy, no one ever says "I do not know," they always say, "I don't know." And companion is a really rare word and usually used about animals.
I dont need a guard
-i guess so but guard isn't really ... that common, like in a poem about your buddy.
All I wanna have is someone I can Lean 0n...
-all i want is someone i can lean on. Wanna have, yeah that's right but this thought, i'd say "all i want"
I don't need a doctor
-yes
Just someone who will make my w0rLd r0ck 'n roLL.....
-rock my world. rock and roll isn't really a verb...
I really need you buddy
But I dunno why w0n't y0u believe me!
-Why you won't believe me. Verb before noun is a question.
Honestly, I need y0u buDDy
'tiL eternity!
-meh, yes.
wo ai y xiang n! buDdY!!!! -Don't know chizoid languages so **watevies**

also do not use ambiguous words. use simple words and be DIRECT! tell what you really meant and dont play words. if your in a literary contest then phonetic and imagery words might apply

it depends upon the usage of english words, how you play with your sentences. if you are pertaining to a casual conversation, then this is somehow correct. the usage of slang words of such is acceptable if and only if the situation is informal. if your in a formal conversation, you must opt to select words that appopriate hence, it is imperative that you address it in a polite and formal way. please use instead of " i dunno" say, " i do not know" or "buddy" rather say "friend or companion.. etc..
