How do you pronounce "the other"?
Do you ever pronounce it as "thee-ya-ther" when you speak quickly?

many people say : thuh uhther or thuther

Not necessarily, pronouncing them as two separate words is completely fine as well.
"thee/dee-oh-ther"
It doesn't have to be wrong, some people might say it the way you mention.
