It's just like the video said: 'Where do you come from?' is correct. 'Where are you come from?' is incorrect.

The simple and correct way is to say: Where are you from? More polite: May I ask where you're from? In other languages, like Spanish, you would use a verb similar to "to come" in English. But that is not how we usually ask the question. Unless, of course, it is for some type of comedy.

You can also say: "Where are you from?"
