bedingen - verursachen, auslösen
-> Eine Sache löst eine weitere Sache aus. Eine Sache verursacht eine weitere Sache.
z. B. Regen bedingt nasse Straßen. Nur zur Verdeutlichung; das sagt niemand so! ;)

Es bedeutet so viel wie: Das eine ist die Kehrseite des anderen oder das andere ist ohne das eine unmöglich. Es muss quasi Hand in Hand gehen.
