"Bitte" can have two positions in this sentence:
"Bitte" kann in diesem Satz an drei Stellen stehen:
Bringe mir bitte etwas Deutsch bei!
Bitte bringe mir etwas Deutsch bei!
Bringe mir etwas Deutsch bei, bitte!
2. Kann ich (bitte) hereinkommen?
But Knut's "Darf ich (bitte) hereinkommen?" is more polite. /ist höflicher.

If you want to be more polite then you add "Bitte" at the beginning of the sentence, meaning "..., please".
