This is a question that gets asked here very often. I suggest you go to the "Language Partners" section under the community tab. There are many ways to improve your speaking, even if you can only speak to yourself. Listen to recordings and mimic what is said; meet someone here and chat with them; etc. The important thing is to speak without worrying about potential mistakes.
