Should i say : I want to see what are the mistakes i did
Or i want to know what the questions that I answered them incorrectly?
I don't know what to say i feel like all of these are incorrect or maybe they doesn't make sense

Note that as David demonstrates, you 'make" mistakes, not "do" mistakes.

I would understand what you are asking if I heard these questions but they can be written better.
"Please show me what mistakes I made in the exam".
"I would like to see what mistakes I made".
"Please could you show me what mistakes I made on the exam paper".

I would ask: May I see what I got wrong? If you dont understand why it is wrong, ask for explaination.

You have 3 good answers here. Your teacher should be happy to help no matter what, but asking for help will be better than just asking to see which questions you missed.
When my students say "Would you explain what I got wrong?" or "Could you help me understand the questions I missed?" I am much more excited to help them. It shows they want to learn from mistakes and they are not only motivated by their grade.
