I always asked others,have you arrived home or are you home? I think home yet is more easier if it is correct .

you could say a few things:
Hey, are you home yet?
Are you home yet?
Are you home?
if you wanted to do sort of short hand/ "text talk" ->  Home yet? or You home yet?

The last two are technically not standard English, but I've seen plenty of native English speakers use this in text messages.

Home yet ?   Is an English shorthand sentence for the question " Are you home yet ? "  Sometimes shortened phrases become " standard terminology "  even though its grammatically incorrect.
