I don't like music 'or'/'and' math?
Can I use either of them , 'or'/'and' in this sentence?
Thank you!

I would use 'or', because this is a 'neither one nor the other' statement.
I like neither music nor math = I don't like music or math

If you don't like both, then use "and" otherwise "or" if you don't like either one (but we don't exactly which one). Usually in this case, "and" is the better choice because you want to make yourself understandable even though the grammar is correct.
