How to correctly use this Korean verb?
I recently learned the verb "꽂다" which means "To stick, to fix, to arrange,to put in a particular place, etc" the only problem is that, i'm not to sure how to use this verb in the correct context. So i jotted down a few sentences to see if i could possibly get the hang of it!

-내 머리가 안에 물을 꽂았어요. (i stuck my head in water)

-고영이가 위에 침대를 꽂아요. (the cat is put on the bed.)

-난 책이 뒤에 책상 꽂아요. (i'm putting the book behind the desk.)

"꽂다" - 1.stick/put 2. throw violently onto a surface 3. fix (a stare, etc) at.

Some of your example sentences are funny sounding.
1. I stuck my head in water:  머리를 물 속에 넣었어요 [담갔아요]
2. The cat is put on the bed:  고양이는 침대 위에 놓았어요 [두었어요]
3. I'm putting the book behind the desk:  책을 책상 뒤에 (꽂아) 둘 거예요.

* #2 can't use 꽂다. #1 barely can, and #3 can if it is being place in a row of books.
