Hey, I'm from Myanmar. I know Burmese language and I 'm very keen on speaking english and still improving my english .Maybe there are some zomi native speakers working in your country .I know very well that Myanmar people work in US and most of them are Chin ethnic and Zomi is one of the Chin sub-ethnic in Myanmar country so if you come across like three Chin workers , one of them happens to be Zomi speaker.By the way ,I want to be one of your friends and converse with you.

Are you a linguist? Just wondering since not many people would even know about minority languages in Burma. Unfortunately I don't know anyone from around there but will pass on any info if I find someone whilst looking for speakers of Karen languages (for my research).
