Is there a difference between "看上去" and "看起来"?
Is there a difference between these two verbs? Or they are synonyms?
For example:
我爸爸看上去很累
我爸爸看起来很累
Do these sentences have the same meaning?

There is no difference between them. The expression is a meaning
