'Ready' means that the time is right for you to do something. You are physically and mentally prepared.
'Willing' means that you are happy to do something if necessary. This is a synonym of 'prepared' in a different sense of the word - it means that you don't mind doing this. For example, you might say that a soldier is willing to die for a cause or for his country. Note that 'being willing' isn't the same as 'want' - if you are willing to do something means that you are not against this. An informal synonym is being 'OK' or 'cool' about it.
Often we use the two words together. If you say 'I'm ready and willing to help', it means that this is the right time, and that you are prepared physically, mentally and also emotionally.

Dmitrii,
With the definitions below you will see that WILLING is more about a certain state of mind: you are not refusing, not being persuaded to do to do something -> you do it by choice.
I am READY to go: i can go (now) -> I am prepared to go. Nothing mentally or physically prevents me to go. No one told me not to go.
I am WILLING to go (I know that if I go there may be some dangers or the trip is very long or my wife is telling me not to go or if I go I will never return etc.. BUT I will go).
READY:
prepared to do something
properly prepared or finished and available for use
almost about to do something
WILLING:
not refusing to do something
quick to act or respond : doing something or ready to do something without being persuaded
done, made, or given by choice
