Gohar is correct. Foresee is used in a personal sense. I foresee trouble coming your way. Another word that is similar is foretell. Foresee and foretell are mostly used in stories, especially the latter. During speech, it is more common for people to use the word predict. Forecast is used in a professional sense, most commonly for the weather. The weather forecast for today is... Forecast is used commonly in both speech and writing. Hope that helps
