The most obvious word I know is "いつでも". It literally means "whenever".
私は日本語のキーボルドにパンコンをあります。今どなときも日本語でタイピングたいです。
→私のパソコンには日本語のキーボードがあります。今からいつでも日本語でタイプできます。
In your original sentence, it sounds like you are saying that there is a computer on top of your Japanese keyboard. In addition, you should use the particle が with verbs いる and ある, not を. I also changed your 今 ("right now") to 今から ("from now on") to make it sound more natural.
A native speaker should hopefully be able to elaborate on this.
