Difference among "plan to do", "plan on doing" "plan something"

Could you please explain difference among "plan to do", "plan on doing" "plan something"?
I would like to understand to use each properly.

I wrote an example by making by myself below:
#1. I do not plan to present anything at today's meeting.
#2. I do not plan on presenting anything at today's meeting.
#3. I do not plan any presentation at today's meeting.

They're interchangeable. Don't try to analyze this, just use one. It's really that simple.

"I wrote an example by making by myself below" doesn't make sense, but all three of your examples are fine and mean roughly the same thing. Perhaps #3 has a bit more of an emphasis on the production involving Microsoft Powerpoint and LCD projectors and so forth, whereas #1 and #2 could be a brief point raised during the meeting.
