Hi Haider. I study الفصحى and I've tried to translate what you have written. It actually sounds OK when translated (nearly) literally.

"The flaw isn't that you don't know, [instead] the flaw is that you don't want to learn" [literal]
"The flaw isn't that you don't know, but that you don't want to learn." [more poetic]
