I am addressing someone formal, like my staff person at my group home in Cochranton. I am trying to ask "How do I convey my thoughts better?" "What is my QTH?" "W3AGF, listening" What is the word for a repeater? What is the Russian for Whisky Three Alpha Golf Foxtrot? My call-sign is whisky three alpha golf foxtrot and my QTH is Cochranton, Pennsylvania. I am using an ICOM IC 706 MK. II G as my rig. "CQ CQ CQ This is Whisky Three Alpha Golf Fox" What is the Russian for "CQ?" I am on HF trying to talk to people from Russia. I am trying to understand people speaking really fast and I do not understand them very well. I want to know how to say "UHF repeater, the 70 centimeter band" "I get on my ICOM multi-band transceiver" I want to know how to talk to someone in Russian over the HF bands. I am an extra class ham radio operator. "My HT is a Baofeng BF F8+"

"My HT is a Baofeng BF F8+" - I don't know what is HT. Maybe handy transceiver, then
