Hi Derek,
1. No pienso decirte nada más, (así que, por consiguiente) ya puedes irte.
Both are correct and have the same meaning, but "por consiguiente" is rather formal, and the rest of the sentence is written in informal speech (decirte, irte). So, "así que" is a much better fit. Other options are "por tanto"/"por lo tanto", but they're also formal, así que "así que" is still the better fit.
2. El verano pasado no teníamos dinero ni para comprarnos bañadores, (conque, de tal manera) que nos quedamos en casa, sin playa.
"conque" is correct, but you don't have to say "que" again after it. "conque nos quedamos en casa" is correct. "De tal manera" means "in such a way", and it wouldn't fit. You can say "de manera que", which would be correct, and my preferred option.
3. El sobrino de Pepe se comportó (tan, tanto) mal que no creo que lo invite nunca más.
"tan" is correct. "tanto" wouldn't fit, because "tanto" doesn't mean "so", but "so much". You would say "he behaved so bad" but not "he behaved so much bad".
4. Las pruebas presentadas contra el acusado eran insuficientes y (por consiguiente, así que) tuvieron que absolverlo
Both options are correct. But, as mentioned in the first point, "así que" in more informal, and "por consiguiente" is more formal. So... in this sentence there isn't enough context to determine if you're using formal or informal speech, but it does sound more formal, like a news snippet. So, I'd choose "por consiguiente". But "así que" would be also correct. Por tanto, por lo tanto, por consiguiente, de manera que, are all valid options too.
