on the third question I would have chosen did, but had done is also correct.

1. c is definitely wrong.
2. b is the only correct one.
3. My younger brother a,b,c,d his Math HOMEWORK.....
4. a. "Folks" is too informal (slang) for the tone. Hence out or place. Wrong if used in a formal setting.
b. Correct in standard English although redundant because only human beings can to do this task.
c, d Wrong.
The best if you just omit the stuff in the blank space. The sentence should be written as,
"Nowadays, many believe that...."

Your choices seem fine to me. I'm not that impressed by the test, however, because some of the decoy answers are actually perfectly correct. In particular, these include 3c and and 4a. 3c does not need the pluperfect because the phrase "by the time" already makes the time sequence clear with the simple past, and 4a is particularly common in American colloquial English.
What does not sound very natural to my ear is "Math home tasks". "Math[s] homework" would be more usual.
