You know what would be awesome (and also good English practice)? If people also described the food since many of us may not know what it ist. Or they could tell us how to make their favorite food or why it is their favorite food. One of my favorite foods is mashed potatoes. They're a very simple dish, but to me they're comfort food. I like to use small red potatoes when I make mashed potatoes. I boil them until soft, drain them, and then mash them. I add butter and sour cream when I mash them. Sometimes I add a little bit of milk. I also add salt and pepper.
