Create income。Create revenue
Could I say create income or create revenue,or produce income or produce revenue,generate income、generate revenue?

Also income and revenue mean different things. Generally, income is generated by a person while revenue is generated by a business. You can say a business generates income but it implies that it is generating income for someone/s.
You would say:
"I have good income"
"I earn a good income"
"We are a high/low income family"
"My business generates great revenue"
"My business provides/generates good income for myself and my employees"
"Starbuck's revenues are very high this year"

These are all okay but personally, I would use "generate".
