Cela dépend du verbe utilisé.
- J'aime le français et l'espagnol.
- Je parle français et espagnol.
- J'ai pris français et espagnol au bac. (= matières)
- J'écris une lettre en français et en espagnol.
S'il s'agit du sujet, on utilise les articles
- Le français et l'espagnol sont des langues indo-européennes.
