Ok , trying to keep it simple.
Perception means how you see a particular situation or event. How you perceive something.
Perspective is your opinion or point of view on a particular topic, situation or event. What do you think about something.

A perception is something that you perceive through your senses; in other words, something is there and you become aware of it.
A perspective has more to do with the position from which you perceive something. Your perspective could physical or intellectual.
Examples:
I climbed to the top of the hill, and from that perspective the town looked very small.
--- in this example, you could replace "perspective" with "vantage point"
Well, I'm a lawyer, and from my perspective the most important thing is to establish the facts.
--- in this example, you could replace "perspective" with "point of view", or you could replace the entire phrase "from my perspective" with "to me" or "as far as I'm concerned"
