What does Idiomatic Expression “Such and similar” mean?

I'm not so sure that "such and similar" is actually said often enough to count as an idiomatic expression, but it means "other instances of this thing and of similar things". For example, a man causes a scene in a supermarket by shouting at the checkout girl. The manager grabs him by the collar, marches him towards the door and tells him that "such, and similar, behaviour will not be tolerated on the premises", whereby similar behaviour could refer to any form of discourteous behaviour within the shop, such as being rude to staff or other customers or doing anything else that might be deemed to be anti social.
