"You're not gonna hold a grudge, are you?"
or
"You're not gonna hold grudges, are you?"
Which one is correct?

Hi Jou,
We often say we "bear a grudge against someone". In English, some words are often used together (they collocate).

One is singular, the other plural. Both are correct. It depends on what you want to say. 'A grudge'' is more common, in my experience.
You should not use 'gonna' as a learner.
