Which one is correct? I want to ask of my classmate to find out has he gotten the message from the school or not. Have you received the message from school? Or Have you gotten the message from school? Or Have you been gotten the message from school?

I think the second and third sentence could been corrected to:" Have you got the message from school?" Please correct me if I am wrong.

"Have you been gotten" is the only incorrect expression among the options in your question. Yes, "A message has been received from school!" is correct. I can confirm that "Have you gotten" is extremely, extremely commonly used in the US. Phil says it's also acceptable in the UK. You might want to leave your Questions open a little longer.

Don't listen to the other answers - the first and second sentences are BOTH fine. In spoken English 'Have you gotten the message...' would be used (in the UK anyway) and is totally acceptable.
