有，比如说英国的英语和美国的英语有很明显的发音区别。但是美国的每一个州的发音区别很小。我是在这里长大的，大概能听出南方口音，和加州的。纽约那边也有很多不同方言，应该是按市和区分别。
区别最大的应该是英国和爱尔兰，那边有一些地方讲的话跟英文比就象普通话和广东话的区别。
