Hi Elina, I believe that your phrases are parts of their individual sentences. "No" is a quantifier that describes the absence of something. "Not" is used with modal verbs (e.g shall / will / would) to form negative sentences. Therefore, if you would like to use 'no", the phrase has to be: no material changes. Example: There will be no material changes. If you would like to use "not", the phrase has to be: will not be any material changes. "Be" confers the meaning that any change will happen in the future. "Any" is used commonly in negatives sentences or questions. Example: There will not be any changes. Hope this helps. Cheers, Lance
