Is there a difference between "keep going" and "keep on going" plz?

Keep and Keep On are very similar and can be used as synonyms.
The only difference is that "Keep On" as a form is often used to give a general sense of persisting and continuing.
But, since both of your sentences mean to "persist", "continue" or "persevere", I think they can be used as synonyms.
