I disagree with Michael; maybe it's a difference between UK English and American English. I say "those ones" all the time. I do think it's strange to say "those ones" when talking about people, though. Saying "this one," "that one," "those ones" etc. usually refers to objects, not people.
"Your country is so extend" does not make sense. Do you mean "extensive"? That would be correct grammar, but the meaning is still unclear. What are you trying to say?
