Abklatschen zusaetlich dazu werden Fingerspitzen und Sterilkleid abgeklatscht. Does abgeklatscht mean, take sample on finger tip and steril clothes ?

This does not make much sense to me. However, I find that in the context of laboratory work, "abklatschen" means "to sterotype". Hopefully, you will know what "fingertips and sterile cloth/dress are stereotyped" means.
