「じぶん」は「わたし」と おなじです。
There are many way to say "I" in Japanese like, わたし/じぶん/あたし(girls)/ぼく(little boys)/おれ(men)
じぶん is very similar to わたし but a little less formal.
There is also another meaning regarding time with じぶん but this is rarely used so I guess that's not what you are trying to find out!

The meaning of じぶん(oneself) depends on the context. It can be "I", "you" or "himself/herself".
じぶんでかんがえなさい。 Think for yourself.
かれはじぶんのことばかりかんがえている。 He thinks only of himself.
じぶんがまちがってました。 It was my fault.

「自分」の「じぶん」ならば、本人oneself のことで
「今時分」の「じぶん」ならば、「いつも今頃」とか「今になって」の意味になります。
いつも今頃 今時分になると、いつも頭が痛い
今になって 今時分来ても、遅すぎる
英語でなんというのかは、調べましたけどもわかりませんでした。
