He sit close to the wall and accidentally hit his head on the wall.
"I bumped my head on the wall."
"I knocked my head on the wall."
"I hit my head on the wall."
Do they sound natural to a native speaker?

I would definitely say the first and third sentence. As for the second sentence, I'd say "I knocked my head against the wall."
