There isn't a huge difference especially if you were to translate it, but ね adds a sort of linguistic cushion and approval seeking feeling to the request.
something like
してください ~ please do it
vs
してくださいね ~ you'll do this for me, won't you?

ください is just an order/request, whereas when you add ね at the end it feels somewhat more gentle. It also might feel like you are ordering somebody do something they already know they should do, so you just gently remind them.
