Which is correct?
I (got, came, went) back home from work and found my kid at (sleep, sleeping).

I think both came and got can be used.

"I came home from work and found my kid/child sleeping." sounds better for me..

Got. This is because it is more about arrival and the other two are more about the journey from work.
