please what do these two mean?
if i understand it right, わりに should mean unexpected feeling ... he is like a woman - meaning that i am surprised by his behavior?
くせに should mean critism... he is like a woman in a negative way (his behavior, appeareance..)?

Yes, it does.くせに contains negative feeling or mood such as criticism or jealousy here. It seems to me that くせに is more colloquial and bit stronger word than わりに( unexpected feeling or surprisingly ).
( unexpected result ) which means「まあまあおいしい」「マシ」「まずくない」
